The service at Salt Water Grill is courteous, friendly, and efficient. My waitress, Sam, commented that she enjoys the nice people that visit the establishment. “I usually suggest that everyone try the fresh fried grouper,” she added. “It is the very best in town.” CeCe, a waitress who also tends bar, says she has worked there since the restaurant opened. “I love Salt Waters. The customers are mostly local people and are regular visitors. We treat them right and they treat us right,” she says.
